The UK is a dynamic marketplace that continues to change. We in turn continue to change and evolve with the market. When we entered the market over 20 years ago we were a debt player; over the course of the late 1990's and up until 2007 we were primarily focussed on equity investments. With the current changes in the financial markets we have again reinvested in the debt markets, where we feel that the relative risk-return balance is more appropriate for us and GE's balance sheet provides us with a real competitive advantage.
