Global Investment Management develops and executes investment strategies offering attractive returns to investors, manages investment vehicles on behalf of those investors, and coordinates all investor relations.
The Global Asset Management division manages GE Capital Real Estate's global debt and property portfolio. We place great emphasis on our tenants’ satisfaction and retention. Global Asset Management develops business plans for each investment we own, and manages the tenant improvements and capital expenditures required to maximize the value of the property.
The International division leads direct real estate investment activities, both in debt and equity, in Europe and Asia. The division maintains relationships with real estate investors, developers and brokers in the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Scandinavia, Spain, Italy, Australia, Japan, Korea and a host of other markets.
The North America division specializes in helping clients with their commercial real estate financing needs. We offer mortgage loans to strong investors and owner operators for the acquisition and refinancing of property across the US, Canada and Mexico.
