Ilaria joined GE Capital Real Estate in 2003 as Head of Asset Management, she was promoted to lead the New Business team in 2007 and appointed Managing Director of the platform in August 2008.

Paul joined GE Real Estate in 2004 as a Senior Underwriter and was promoted to Head of Risk in 2007.
Paul leads the UK Risk team, which is focused on deal evaluation and underwriting of new acquisitions, portfolio performance and market reviews.

Manuel is the Finance Director responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, controllership, treasury, business development support and taxes. He also oversees the Operations team, responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Manuel joined GE in 1997, serving in a number of financial management roles in Spain, Netherlands and the UK. In his most recent role, he was European Financial Planning and Analysis Manager at GE’s Equipment Financing unit (now Capital Solutions). Manuel moved to GE Real Estate in 2007.
