GE Capital Real Estate Nordic is a real estate company for the Nordic market and part of the global group, GE Capital Real Estate. We offer local expertise with global capital.

GE Capital Real Estate was established in Sweden 1995 and is a long-term player focusing on commercial properties. We own and manage properties, but also offer our partners innovative financing solutions for real estate transactions.

We distinguish ourselves from many other foreign players by having a well-developed asset management organisation and local presence in the areas we are operational. We create long-term relationships with our tenants through customer service and close proximity.

Today, GE Capital Real Estate Nordic has a portfolio in Sweden, Norway and Denmark with underlying assets totalling approximately SEK 11 billion. There are 86 employees in the Nordic region, of which 47% are women.
