Industrial Properties Corporation

Incorporated in 1928, Industrial Properties Corporation (IPC) is one of the oldest developers of industrial parks. As part of GE Capital Real Estate, we develop warehouse, distribution and service center buildings for long-term investment. While IPC maintains a diverse inventory, we are also fully capable of designing and building facilities to suit your specific requirements.
