London's Ark named "Building of the Week" by Estates Gazette
Covenant of the Ark

Around 380 of an eventual 450 GE Capital and GE employees have moved into the Ralph Erskine-designed Ark offices in Hammersmith, west London. The building has undergone a major fit-out and modernisation, overseen by Anne Kuzyk of Aukett Fitzroy Robinson, since GE took a lease on around 100,000 sq ft of its own building in January. GE’s investment has focused on maximising the use of space while providing 360-degree natural light and retaining the design’s cathedral-like atrium, as well as adding cutting-edge technology.

London's Ark

The building includes a vast ground-floor reception for all tenants as well as a GE reception area on the eighth floor.
