Jason joined GE Capital Real Estate in December 1999 as an Asset Manager. In 2004 Jason transitioned to an originations role and was then promoted to Director of Australian Investments. In 2006 alone Jason originated over $1.5BN of direct real estate investment across Australia and Singapore. Most of these were secured off-market due to Jason's and GECRE's effort in building long-standing relationships and a leading reputation with property owners, brokers and other key industry participants. Prior to GE, Jason was involved in property funds management and investment working at Paladin Funds Management and GIO Asset Management as an Asset Manager, and with the Commonwealth Bank Property Department as a property valuer. Jason is a fully qualified property valuer and is a member of the Australian Property Institute. Jason was born in Sydney, Australia. He attended the University of Technology, Sydney, graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics in 1995.
