GE AMC Korea

GE AMC Korea was incorporated with a 100% equity investment from GE Capital Real Estate Korea. In 2008, GE AMC Korea was certified as a REITs manager under the Korean REITs Act. As of 2010, we have $500 million of assets under management.

We have served diverse clients including domestic and foreign pension funds, as well as sovereign wealth funds including NPS, GIC, SEMA, KSCFC, etc. We are currently managing assets for NPS as its designated manager.
