Acquired 14 Real hypermarkets in Poland, increase of share in Bulgarian shopping center (Mall of Sofia) and acquisition of 2 shopping centers in Slovakia, with a totol value of € 640 million.
Acquired a 50.98% stake in the publicly listed real estate investment trust, Garanti Gayrimenkul Yotirim Ortakligi A.Ş (the “Garanti REIT”), in a joint venture with Dogus Holdings.

Acquired 5 real estate properties (retail and industrial) with a combined value of € 220 million in the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria and Slovakia.
