Before this he was member of the Management Committee of Sireo Real Estate Asset Management, a joint venture between Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Telekom and Head of Sales and Placements, leading and closing transactions worth € 3 Bn. Past positions also include Head of Asset Management of DeTeImmobilien (€ 16 Bn) and the corporate M&A group in the headquaters of Deutsche Telekom AG, where he primarily worked on M&A deals in Asia, Russia and Japan. Rainer holds degrees in Law from Bonn and Berlin University.

Beginning 2010, in addition to being the Country Risk Leader, she has also taken over the responsibility for Asset and Portfolio Management leading a team of Asset Managers with €2,9 Bn AuM. Prior to joining GE, Cristina was associate partner at Cushman & Wakefield, where she gained extensive experience in Valuation/Professional Services and Corporate Services Departments, advising large corporates on their real estate portfolios and focusing primarily on property valuation and transaction advisory work. Cristina holds a degree in Business administration as well as a post graduate degree in Real Estate Economics from the European Business School and is a Chartered Surveyor. She speaks English, German and Spanish fluently.

From 2002-2003, Randy was assigned to the GE Real Estate European Valuation Team in Paris, France, working to share best practices between U.S. and European platforms. Prior to that Mr. Hunter worked in Risk Management for GE Real Estate, located in Irvine, California.

Other experience includes three years as West Region Acquisition Director for SSR Realty Advisors (MetLife Realty Group) and thirteen years working as a mortgage and investment broker in Los Angeles, California. During this time Mr. Hunter was co-founder and principal in Fidelity West Realty Group, an Investment Advisory and Financial Services Group, in addition to affiliations with Coldwell Banker (CB Richard Ellis), Knight Frank, and Grubb and Ellis.

Mr. Hunter received his MBA from the University of Southern California, and has a B.S. degree in Finance and Real Estate as well from U.S.C

In March 2010 Michael was promoted to Head of Asset Management Debt. Prior to joining GE Capital Real Estate, Michael worked as a lawyer at the law firm P+P Pöllath + Partner for 6 years, providing legal advice to national and international investors in M&A and Real Estate transactions. Michael holds a degree in Law from the University of Mainz.

Before joining GE he worked with Sireo Real Estate for 3 years, advising international investors on property transactions. Prior to that he had been with Mercer Management Consulting for 6 years, supporting corporates, insurance and property companies on real estate matters. In 1997, Wolfgang graduated from the European Business School, Germany as a "Diplom-Kaufmann" with a major in real estate economics and finance.

In addition to these activities, Mr. Thömmes is the co-author of a topical investment law commentary and has written a number of legal articles, mainly in the investment fund area, with special focus on real estate investments. Prior to joining GE Capital Real Estate, Mr. Thömmes was an attorney-at-law with the law firm P+P Pöllath + Partners and Senior Legal Counsel to CorpusSireo.
Mr. Thömmes studied law at the Johannes-Gutenberg University in Mainz and successfully completed the M.B.A. Program International Taxation at the Albert-Ludwigs University in Freiburg.

Prior to joining GE Real Estate Kyrill worked as Finance Manager at Nortel Networks Germany with finance responsibility for one of the Business Units. Previously Kyrill held various senior finance positions in Russia.
Kyrill graduated from the State University of New York at Binghamton with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Finance.
