From end of 2006, he worked with Atisreal - Bnp Paribas Immobilier Group - as Head of Investments adding to his responsibilities Advisory and Consultancy assistance for BNL Fondi Immobiliari as well as other institutional real estate Funds.
From 2004 to 2006, Emanuele participated in Pirelli Real Estate’s strong growth in the Italian market as Director of Asset Management. During this time he was also board member of selected JV’s between Pirelli Real Estate and Morgan Stanley. In 2002 he served as Head of Business Development for several of the Group’s divisions: Pirelli Re Agency, Pirelli Re Property Management and Pirelli Re Facility Management.
In 2000 Emanuele held the role of Marketing Manager for Pirelli Real Estate and was part of the IPO Team during the Company listing. From 1990 he held various roles within the Industrial sector of the Company before being nominated in 1997 as Head of Marketing for Spain and Portugal in the Spanish platform.
He graduated in Business Administration in Bocconi University Milan.
Prior to GE Gene was in the Real Estate Portfolio Management Team of Royal Bank of Scotland in Italy.
Before that Gene was a business analyst in S.I.B NPL servicing company of Morgan Stanley Gene holds a degree in Law from Milan University. He speaks Italian and English fluently.
Prior to joining GE, Mario worked as Senior Consultant in the Debt Restructuring team at Bain & Company Italy and before this, he was Advisor at Atlantis Capital Special Situation, a private equity/turnaround fund focused on the investment in distressed companies.
In 2003-2007, Mario worked at Pirelli RE as Acquisition Manager for NPLs and Head of Acquisition of Industrial Real Estate, after a secondment at Morgan Stanley in the NPL acquisition team.
He began his career in 2001 as analyst at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance, after a degree in Economics at Bocconi University, in Milan.
Fulvio is responsible of the performance of the existing Real Estate Portfolio (Office, Retail and Shopping Centres) through the coordination of the internal asset management team, external property managers and technical consultants, liaising with tenants and negotiating with investors, advisors and brokers for the disposal of properties. He also participates in the monitoring of the performance of investments and planning sessions, working closely with Finance & Planning teams.
Fulvio joined GE in 2007 as Senior Asset Manager after an experience of over 4 years with the leading Italian Real Estate company Pirelli Real Estate, where he worked as Asset Manager for different Joint Ventures with Morgan Stanley and other institutional Investors. He was involved in the evaluation and underwriting of new deals (portfolio and corporate acquisitions) in Italy and Germany, coordinating the due diligence process, implementing Business Plans and managing the structuring process in cooperation with Advisory & Acquisition and Structured Finance teams.
Previously Fulvio worked as Financial Analyst in the banking sector responsible for valuation and fundamental analysis on equity stocks listed in the Italian Stock Exchange (Middle-Small Cap Industrial and Real Estate, Holding Companies) and as Economic Researcher at the “National Research Council - CNR”.
Fulvio graduated in Managerial Engineering at “Politecnico di Milano” University and is based in the GE Capital Real Estate office in Milan, Italy.
Reporting to the European CRO and to the Italian Managing Director, his responsibilities are sing off on Italian portfolios quarter valuation in accordance with US GAAP rules, portfolios/asset BP modification and additional equity injections in existing deals as well as write-off, restructuring of existing deals, sign off when sale of assets – portfolio divestments, credit risk analysis, market monitoring and analysis. Prior to joining GE, Francesco was risk analyst at Natexis Banques Populaires in Milan and prior to that he was an analyst at FITCH IBCA based in London.
Francesco holds a degree in Financial Markets from Bocconi University in Milan. He speaks English, Italian and French fluently.
Cristiana and her team actively support both NPL and RE business taking responsibility for accounting, treasury, tax and planning processes.
Prior to join GE Cristiana was in Agilent Technologies as Assistant Controller and in KPMG as supervising Senior responsible for audit in various US corporation, gaining deep knowledge in USGAAP and IFRS.
Cristiana holds a degree in Business Administration from Università Cattolica in Milan and speaks English, Italian and French fluently.
