In 2006 he joined GE Capital Real Estate in Spain as Risk Director, and since 2008 he held the combined position of Madrid Asset Management Leader and Iberia Risk Director.

Miguel holds a degree in Business Administration from ICADE and an MBA from Columbia University.

Following the opening of the newly created Barcelona office, Daniel was promoted to the position of Asset Management Leader in Cataluña, and was also managing the GE Real Estate Iberia office in Barcelona. Daniel has over 10 years experience in Real Estate, working for Aguirre Newman and from 2004　to 2007 he was in charge of the Barcelona Office division for Metrovacesa.

He holds a Law Degree with UNED FERT of Barcelona and a Directive Development Program with IESE - Barcelona.

After spending six months there he joined the GE Capital FMP program and rotated every six months to different roles and businesses such as Capital Solutions, Insurance, Real Estate Europe and GE Money. From January 2007 to June 2009 he held the role of FP&A Manager for GE RE Iberia, then he got promoted to Senior FP&A for France, Italy and Spain.

Jorge holds a degree from the Universitat de València and a BA (Hons) in European Management from the Univestiy of Westminster.

Tamara Rodríguez started her career in 1999 in Arthur Andersen working within the department of Real Estate. She then became Associate of the consulting Company Irea where she managed strategic and financial projects and, just before joining GE, she was Director of Corporate Finance and Hospitality Consulting Divisions in Aguirre Newman.

Tamara holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Autónoma of Madrid, and a MBA in Real Estate Management from Instituto de Empresa.

She leads structuring, negotiating, and closing real estate transactions (mainly, acquisitions, development projects and joint ventures), and manage strategy and advise on litigation files.

María Eugenia has a broad experience in commercial and corporate law and has focused his practice on real estate transactions and, particularly, on the sale and purchase of real estate assets (mainly shopping centres, office buildings, logistical warehouses and hotels).

Maria Eugenia obtained a degree in law from the Pontificia de Comillas University (ICADE E-1) and studied a master degree in business legal practice in the Madrid Bar Association. She joined the law firm Uría Menéndez in 2005, where she was promoted to senior associate in 2009. In Uría Menéndez she worked both in the Real Estate and the Financial Regulatory Practice Group before joining GE Real Estate Iberia on May 2010.

Prior to this appointment, Sergi was the founder of Efentia (Energy Efficiency Consultant), where he leaded the Business Development Division.

Previously, he was a member of the Investors’ Relation Department of Bream Real Estate where he was responsible of reporting to shareholders of real estate funds set up to develop urban planning projects.

Previous positions also include Agency Office Department Director of Aguirre Newman and Tax Advisor at KPMG Law Department and Caixa Bank.

Prior to this appointment, she was Asset Manager at the Madrid Team, appointed in 2010, and before that, she was Property Manager for the same team, joined in 2008, this being her first position at GE. Past positions also include Legal Coordinator at ING Real Estate Investment Management, where she joined in 2000. She has been involved in Real Estate business since year 2000, accumulating experience in several positions and departments.
