Managing Director, UKIlaria leads the UK platform. Her responsibilities include overseeing the management of the debt and equity portfolio, setting the strategic direction of the business and expanding the market presence of the Company.

Donald Gilbert
Head of Risk ManagementDonald leads the UK Risk team, which is focused on evaluating investment proposals; underwriting of acquisitions and restructurings; portfolio performance and market strategy.
donald.gilbert1@ge.comDonald joined GE in 1997 and GE Capital Real Estate in 2002. He has worked in the Nordic and European HQ platforms in Finance and Risk roles. He was appointed to lead the UK Risk team in August 2010.
Panayot Vasilev
Chief Financial OfficerPanayot is responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, controllership, treasury, business development support and taxes. He also oversees the Operations team, responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Janine Bamber
UK Legal CounselJanine supports the UK platform on structuring and executing deals, particularly structured leveraged transactions, with responsibility for contentious, regulatory and compliance matters.
